My sensor isn't working or fell off. What do I do?

each CGM manufacturer has a replacement process to help improve their products.
Follow these easy steps to get a replacement.


  • Do NOT throw away your damaged or non-working sensor

  • Freestyle Libre CGM users:

  • Dexcom G7 CGM users:

  • Ask for expedited delivery and REFUSE a pharmacy coupon
           as it will require a new RX from your doctor.
